Lake Rotoiti & the Hot Pools
SUNDAY 15th JULY
TRIP CANCELLED DUE TO BAD WEATHER.
Explore Lake Rotoiti, with it's small cave with glow worms and then across to the thermal hot pools or swim in the lake if you're brave enough! A great beginners trip and definitely one to do if you haven't been before.
Meet at the shop at 8:30am to load the trailer or directly at the boat ramp at 10am.We'll be launching at the boatramp on Otaramarae Road (off Maniatutu Rd).
Bring $15 CASH for entry fee & swimwear/towel for hotpool/lake . Enjoy a hot soak and lunch in the beautiful surroundings with 6 hot mineral pools to choose from, if you get too hot cool off in the clear blue waters of Lake Rotoiti.
All attendees need to be current club members and have completed a 2 day Canoe & Kayak skills course.
